Guidance to get the most out of your use of the Clinic Toolkit

How to access your account

There are two ways in which you can register for your Clinic Toolkit account:

  1. You will receive an invitation from your Advisor via email.
  1. Your advisor will send you a client registration link where you can manually create your account.
  • Open the registration link in your browser.
  • Fill-out the client registration with your name, username, email address, and password.
  • Click “Register”.
  • Once your account is created you will be redirected to your Dashboard.

    Once you login

    You will see a menu on the left when you log into your Client area. Next, let’s take a look at each of these areas.

    The first item in the left-hand side menu is your Client Dashboard.

    Here, you will see any materials that I have sent to you to complete or to view.

    In the header, you will see the total number of items sent to you.

    Then, the 5 most recent of each of these are listed below.

    If you click on the header name, you will be taken to the page which shows all the items in this category.

    You can also click on the individual item to go directly to that practical material.

    Connecting with your nutrition professional

    The Messages area is where you can communicate directly with me.

    If I have sent you a message, you’ll see a number in the menu on the left:

    Click on the messages to see any messages I have sent you, or if you want to send me a message.

    Forms, Trackers and Handouts

    Here you will find all the forms I have sent you.

    When the status is incomplete, this means that this is a form for you to complete.

    Once you have filled out a form and clicked the send button, the status will change to “Completed”. You will also see the date that this form was completed.

    Similar to forms, in the Trackers area, you will see any trackers.

    In the status column, “Start new tracker” means that a new tracker has been sent to you.

    Click on a title to open the tracker and start working on it.

    When you have finished that item, click on the “Update” button at the bottom of the page.

    Click on the tracker name to start working on this item.

    In this section, you will see any handouts as well as the date it was sent to you.
